Our Foundation Roots

In 1949, two schools were built side by side in the name of his late father and mother on the land donated by Shriyukta Sachindranath Chattopadhyay Mahashay. The school’s foundation day is January 2nd.

Our school has been present for over 75 years

Sahapur Harendranath Vidyapeeth, which was built for the education of the children of the residents of the area by the generosity of the late Sachindranath Chattopadhyay Mahashay and with the enthusiasm and initiative of the education-loving people of the area, is moving towards its centenary after completing 75 years. Parents are interested in getting their children admitted to such an educational institution, where students-

The student will enter the school by showing his face in the digital attendance system, which will immediately send a message to the guardian as soon as he is registered in the school. Even after the holidays, the message will be sent to the guardian again when leaving the school. Parents do not have to worry.
There is a smart class system in every classroom and since there is software for almost all subjects, the teachers can see and hear it on the screen in front of their eyes while teaching, as a result, reading and studying becomes lively.
Along with the school library, a digital library i.e. e-library has been started through which students can easily check themselves based on digital books and question-answers according to their class-wise and subject-wise syllabus and can collect all the necessary information in the world.
To monitor the reading and teaching in the school classroom and to keep an eye on the movements of the students, there is “CCTV surveillance” throughout the school premises including the corridors.
The medium of instruction in the school is Bengali and English. There is a separate department for English medium classes from fifth to tenth grade.
In higher secondary, both Bengali and Hindi are the first languages.
The subjects available for students in science in higher secondary are–Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Computer Applications, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Nutrition, Geography, etc.
The subjects available for students in commerce and arts departments in higher secondary are–Accountancy, BSTD, CSTX, Economics, Mathematics.
There is Political Science, Education, Economics, Geography, History.
Apart from this, apparel and electronics are taught in vocational courses.
Separate remedial classes have been arranged for backward students in the school and guidance classes have been arranged for good students. In the future, many more methods will be adopted to improve the quality of education.
Along with physical education, NCC has been introduced in schools.
